Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your awards attendance you must notify us by email at [email protected].

All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee (see below).

Cancellation Fees:

Before or on 13^th February 2020: free cancellation

Between 14^th February 2020 and 5^th March 2020: 50% of awards fee

Between 6^th March 2020 and 26^th March 2020: 100% of awards fee

You will be issued a credit note, if applicable. If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid less the applicable cancellation fee. No liability is assumed by C5 Communications for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. C5 Communications reserves the right to cancel the awards if it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of any registration fee, but will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.

Substitutions:

You must notify us by email at least 48 hrs in advance of the Awards if you wish to send a substitute participant. If you are unable to find a substitute, our cancellation fees apply and if applicable you will be issued a credit note, redeemable against any other event or conference in the next 12 months.
