March 2020: 50% of awards fee<\/p>\r\n        <p>Between 6<sup>th<\/sup> March 2020 and 26<sup>th<\/sup> March 2020: 100% of awards fee<\/p>\r\n        <p>You will be issued a credit note, if applicable. If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid less the applicable cancellation fee. No liability is assumed by <span style=\"white-space: nowrap;\">C5 Communications<\/span> for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. <span style=\"white-space: nowrap;\">C5 Communications<\/span> reserves the right to cancel the awards if it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of any registration fee, but will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.<\/p>\r\n        <p><strong>Substitutions:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n        <p>You must notify us by email at least 48 hrs in advance of the Awards if you wish to send a substitute participant.
