How do I book a table?

When is the entry deadline?

Wednesday 30th October 2019 at 23:59 and entries must cover achievements made between April 2018 and September 2019 (except the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Mentor Award of the Year for Advancement of Women in Compliance)

How do I nominate?

You can nominate online. You will simply need to register your details, then you can select your category and begin your submission. You can nominate yourself or a third party.

Can we enter if we are not based in the UK?

Yes of course, we have nominations from across the globe.

When will the judging take place?

Judging will take place across October and November 2019.

When will the shortlist be decided?

Shortlisted finalists will be announced in December 2019.

If I am shortlisted, do I need to attend the ceremony?

Yes, we recommend that if you/your company is shortlisted you should attend the ceremony, or have a representative from their company present.

When is the Awards Ceremony?

Thursday 26th March 2020.

Can I cancel my seat/table?


If you wish to cancel your awards attendance you must notify us by email. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees:

Before or on 13th February 2020 : free cancellation

Between 14th February 2020 and 5th March 2020 : 50% of awards fee

Between 6th March 2020 and 26th March 2020 : 100% of awards fee

You will be issued a credit note, if applicable. If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid less the applicable cancellation fee. No liability is assumed by C5 Communications for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. C5 Communications reserves the right to cancel the awards if it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of any registration fee, but will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.


You must notify us by email at least 48 hrs in advance of the Awards if you wish to send a substitute participant. If you are unable to find a substitute, our cancellation fees apply and if applicable you will be issued a credit note, redeemable against any other event or conference in the next 12 months.
