Yes, all shortlisted should attend the ceremony, or have a representative from their company present When is the Awards Ceremony? 28th March 2019 Can we request to be sat near to a particular company? Please send any special requests to [email protected] Can I cancel my seat/table? Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your awards attendance you must notify us by email. All cancelations will be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees: Before 6 weeks out: free cancellation After 6 weeks out: 50% of awards fee After 3 weeks out: 100% of awards fee You will be issued a credit note, if applicable. If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid less the applicable cancellation fee. No liability is assumed by C5 Communications for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. C5 Communications reserves the right to cancel the awards if it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of any registration fee, but will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions: You must notify us by email at least 48 hrs in advance of the Awards if you wish to send a substitute participant. If you are unable to find a substitute, our cancellation fees apply and if applicable you will be issued a credit note, redeemable against any other event or conference in the next 12 months.
