Inspired by circular cooking principles, Circl Restaurant takes the food that would be considered “scrap” at other restaurants, and creates a magical experience of flavor. Using items such as stale bread, failed vegetables, and more, the restaurant had created a small, fixed menu focused on fighting food waste, using sustainable cooking techniques, and minimizing their energy consumption.

Producing their menu through natural methods like fermentation, smoking, curing and more, Soil Café “gives a damn” about their environmental footprint. As a casual dining location, this is a great spot to pop in for an afternoon drink, or quick and easy meal.
