This pre-workshop conference is focused on leading diverse, cross-culture and high performing teams in cross border investigations and litigation matters. Whether you are in the government, in-house counsel, outside counsel or a consultant, this dynamic and interactive afternoon will include a frank and open discussion of the benefits, complexities and challenges of successfully leading highly functioning teams in difficult, high stakes matters on the international stage and under the public glare. The workshop will focus on a range of topics that will cover substantive, procedural and practical challenges in cross-border cases. The group will have breakout sessions to share experiences and identify solutions to consider and will also include a “design think” exercise that will challenge the way we think about leading cross cultural, diverse teams and help participants develop long-lasting relationships and resources to consult in future cases.
