This highly regarded law firm is in search of a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 12 months experience of Property Dispute Resolution. The role will support the team to continue its successful growth in part by ensuring the team's further and ongoing integration with their Commercial Property department. You will have excellent Property Litigation technical expertise, excellent communication skills, be highly organised and a highly effective relationship builder. You will also have excellent presentation and advocacy skills. The role will cover specialist areas of Property Dispute resolution and will include; Termination of Leases / Application for Possession, Service of Break Notices and Notices to Quit, Determining interests - Lease or Licence, Business Lease Renewal, Dilapidation and Alterations, Forfeiture of Leases, Recovery of Rent arrears, Service Charge Disputes, Rent Review Disputes, Issues arising out of farm workers tenancies, Landlord and Tenant breaches of Covenant, Options on Tenant Insolvency, Residential Leasehold Enfranchisement, Orders for sale of land and Contractual disputes on the sale and purchase of land. The role also includes Real Property and Rural Land disputes which include; Boundary Disputes, Restrictive Covenants and so on. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.
