We are working a large, top-tier, infrastructure principal investments team with significant funds available to invest. They typically invest $300m-$500m per transaction and have a global remit. They are looking for a VP to join its team in London. As a VP you will be expected to lead all aspects of the investment process and also to oversee one of the assets in the existing portfolio. The team has an active pipeline of transactions and typically makes between three to five new investments per year. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded, extremely high calibre team.

You will need the following skills and experience:

Experience of working in an infrastructure-focused principal investments or infrastructure-focused private equity team
Candidates must have experience of leading most aspects of the transaction process
Candidates should ideally have experience of making principal investments in highly regulated, monopolistic infrastructure assets
An excellent track record
Excellent academics
Excellent commercial judgement
Base salary is competitive and there is a discretionary bonus.
