Are you a Lawyer/Solicitor at Associate level looking for more responsibility and greater career prospective? Would you like to join a rapidly growing company with a small family-feel team? This might be an interesting opportunity for you.
This is an in-house position for an international tax consultancy, where you will get involved in all the legal matters of the firm, including offshore jurisdictions, due diligence, contract drafting, with 50% of your work evolving around working with HNW clients. You will get an opportunity to meet the clients on a daily basis, make responsible decisions and travel to offshore zones to close deals. In this role will be able to grow the business and feel your potential in relationship to this development. At the same time you should be able to get on with traditional legal procedures and tasks when required.
To be a successful candidate you will need:
- UK based legal experience within commercial and corporate law or solid experience (5+ years) in Russia within tax-related legal sector;
- Experience in working with Russia/Russian Clients is a great bonus;
- Flexible approach and open mind;
- Confidence and strong ability to advise at top level;
- Professionalism and 'can do’ attitude.
