A leading international insurance company is seeking to recruit a Legal and Compliance Manager for their Rotterdam operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Regulatory: Monitoring and advising on changes and local interpretation of European laws
Compliance: Supporting global and regional compliance initiatives
Commercial: Assisting in establishing terms and agreements with key stakeholders
External counsel: Instruction of external counsel when required
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor from either an in house or private practice background. Applicants require a good knowledge of Dutch and European law as well as a thorough understanding of insurance products.
Market rate salary plus a wide range of benefits and bonus is on offer.
