As part of their continued expansion they are looking for a European Patent Attorney / IP Lawyer to lead the IP legal strategy across Europe.
Your primary responsibility will be to work with the global legal team to identify and pursue strategies for global patent protection, to develop and maintain comprehensive patent portfolios on inventions, to prepare opposition cases working closely with the IP litigation team and handle global filing and prosecution of patent applications.
The successful candidate will have in excess of five years experience gained in a leading and recognised IP practice or within an Life Sciences organisation and have a full grasp of the issues and practises dominating the industry. You will also have a scientific academics background to support your career.
The successful candidates will be self-motivated, a skilled communicator, and able to work independently.
