This leading asset finance team in London is involved in international transactional work involving the financing and leasing of aircraft, shipping, rolling stock and other equipment. The work is highly varied with a mixture of financing transactions ranging from secured bank loans through to structured finance transactions such as securitisation. An additional Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE is now required. You will work with a diverse range of clients to include major banks, leasing companies, airlines and other corporates. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record and a real passion for this niche area of law. Business development and strong communication skills are also essential.
