Bringing and Defending Litigation Against EU Institutions
The long arm of European Union (EU) law is affecting an ever larger group of companies in a growing number of fields, from competition law to chemicals regulation.
In fact, no industry or commercial sector remains unaffected by EU law, whose impact keeps increasing. As a result, many companies today are finding themselves faced for the first time with EU administrative investigations and corresponding litigation before the European Courts.
