Webinar Access Information
Upon confirmation of registration you will receive a hard copy receipt containing your payment details as well as an email from our customer service team containing webinar joining instructions.

Registration Fee
The fee includes single-user access the webinar and membership of the ACI Alumni program.

Payment Policy
Payment must be received in full by the webinar date. All discounts will be applied to the Webinar Only fee (excluding add-ons)‚ cannot be combined with any other offer‚ and must be paid in full at the time of order.

Webinar Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend an ACI Webinar after your payment is received‚ a substitute participant may attend at no extra charge. Full refunds (less a $50 administration fee) will be given for written cancellations received by the end of business‚ one day before the webinar. There will be no refunds on registrations or cancellations made on the date of the webinar or after. ACI reserves the right to cancel any webinar it deems necessary or remove/restrict access to the ACI Alumni program and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by registrants. No liability is assumed by ACI for changes in program date‚ content‚ speakers‚ venue or arising from the use of the ACI Alumni program.
